ROLE: Business Development Associate

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Contributing with individual and team performance
Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations
Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
Maintaining and updating customer databases
Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars and exhibitions
Conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
Contributing to developing, marketing plans and strategies
Supporting Director and other colleagues
Analysing and investigating price, demand and competition
Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
Promotional activities
Writing reports
Performing demonstrations to customer
Lead generation through all modes of sales like online enquiries, cold calls, appointment based visits
Should be willing to travel within India and abroad
Minimum 5+Years experience required with proficient communication skills atleast in Hindi and English. Knowledge about other languages will be an addon

Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Outlook, power point and Excel.
